Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Cancellation requests received before an order enters processing may be accommodated when possible.

If the cancellation is approved, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Processing or Shipment

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the order has already shipped, you may need to receive the package and follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Changing an Order

If you need to change an item, size, color, quantity, or shipping address, contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing has begun.
